This is a holiday for music lovers with a taste for big shows and big voices. Impressive artists Anna Pirozzi and Gregory Kunde share the bill for Aida, the Festival's iconic opera in the historic 1913 production. Puccini's Tosca brings together the finest of casts, with the superb Elena Stikhina and superstars Jonas Kaufmann and Ludovic Tézier (also cast in Aida). Verona maintains its legend with these landmark performances. Don't miss them!

Medieval Walk
Discovery of the district of the Basilica of Saint Zenon, a Romanesque-style church built at the end of the 11th century
Saint Zeno of Verona, patron saint of Verona, was born in Mauritania around 300 AD. He was undoubtedly the first African to become a bishop in Europe. Continuation to Castelvecchio castle, fortified castle of the Lordship of Verona dating from 1354 and now transformed into a museum. In between, enjoy a wonderful walk along the Adige River
Roman Walk
Find yourself in the 1st century AD by starting your discovery with the emblematic Arena of Verona passing by the monumental Borsari Roman Gate, ancient main gate of Verona and the Decumanus Massimo. Continuation to Piazza delle Erbe, the oldest square in Verona, located on the site of the ancient Roman forum.
Then admire the stone bridge or Ponte Pietra, a Roman road bridge, restored at the end of the 13th century, which crosses the Adige river in Verona
Renaissance Walk
A historical dive from the 15th to the 18th century when the city was dominated by The Venetian Lords. During this period, Verona enjoys great prosperity which leads to a new phase of development, discover its most elegant buildings and palaces of this period.
The Decumanus, the “Champs Elysées of Roman Verona”
A route that begins at the Roman Gate of Jupiter and ends on the river at the Roman Bridge "of the Stone" just in front of the Roman Theater. A visit that will transport you back in time
Museo - Palazzo Maffei Verona
The building stands in the central Place des Herbes, exactly on the ruins of the temple of Roman Verona, dedicated to Jupiter, Juno, Minerva. The building, which today is a private museum, perfectly renovated and restored, can satisfy the visitor with two floors of works of art and a journey with “two souls”, which mix between the ancient and the modern, true masterpieces of painting, sculptures, applied arts and architecture.
