In concert at both the Berlin Philharmonie and the Staatsoper Unter den Linden, Daniel Barenboim is leading the Staatskapelle Berlin on various occasions for the 450-year anniversary season. His stage partners are prestigious like Lahav Shani, Lisa Batiashvili, Renaud Capuçon or Elina Garanca. He will reencounter the flamboyant mezzo for the event of the season with the Samson and Dalila by Saint-Saëns with also the great voices of Brandon Jovanovich, Michael Volle and Samuel Ramey. At the opera, as accomplished Wagnerian, he directs Wagner's Tetralogy in the production of Guy Cassiers.
