This is Puccini's big year, and that of his festival in turn. To celebrate its 70th anniversary, Torre del Lago, the composer's holiday resort, welcomes masterpieces such as Tosca, Turandot and La Bohème to its floating stage on Lake Massaciuccoli.

The charming Italian village of Torre del Lago in the Lucca region of Tuscany is home to the villa where Puccini lived and composed some of the masterpieces of opera. As a tribute to the great master, each season the Puccini Festival presents his operas and brings back to life the great heroines such as Floria Tosca or Mimi, Cio-Cio-San, Liu, Turandot, Manon Lescaut, Suor Angelica...
