3 - Right of withdrawal for Gift certificates and Guide purchases and Music & Opera Club afiliations (not applicable to tickets bookings) For gift certificates and Guide purchases as well as Music & Opera Club afiliations, you may exercise a right of withdrawal in a 14 days period. If you want to exercise it, you can do it : - informing us sending a letter or an e-mail at CONTACT mentionning your name and surname, the purchase date, the product or service purchased and the amount paid; - sending us the form you will find HERE. In case of withdrawal in the conditions mentionned above we will reimburse you of the full amount paid. |

II - Terms of use for Ticket booking
The performances presented on the Music-opera.com website are organized by different producers who issue their own tickets. Ticket Booking for a performance represents a contract between the final customer and the producer of the show, this contract is subject to the specificities of each organizing venue. Music-opera.com acts as a simple intermediary of ticket sales between the customer and the organizers of the performances.
How to Book Simply select the performance in the data base. You will then choose the number of tickets and category and send your order. music-opera.com will answer within three working days confirming tickets' availability. If tickets are not available your credit card will not be charged. Seating plans presented on the website are not contractual, categories may change depending on performances and can be modified by the venues at any time. Prices: The rates in your currency is given only as an indication and not nominal. The equivalent amount of your purchase will be charged in Euro to your credit card. This amount can vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your bank. Possible fees may be charged by your bank for purchasing abroad. Contact your bank to find out the details of these fees To improve payment safety, we might proceed to ID check for all purchase higher than 500 €. Confirmation - Availability: If you did not receive our answer by mail, it might be blocked by your email box, so please do contact us at least 24h00 before the date of the performance to receive the information/voucher/Eticket on time. The receipt of your purchase received by email cannot be used as a voucher to get your ticket(s) at the venue Box office. Although infrequently, ticket non-availabilities may occur in case of a high ticket demand or if you have booked the ticket in a too short period of a time prior to the event. In these cases, you will be informed within three working days and your credit card will not be charged or the amount will be refunded.

- In case of interruption before half of the performance, please contact us so that we can contact the organizer and confirm the exact terms of refund, - In case of cancellation or postponement, you will be informed by email or telephone as soon as we receive the information from the organizer. We therefore thank you to update your details on your Music & Opera account. In case of postponement to a new date, if the date does not suit you, a refund may be requested. For the refund : - In case of cash refund by the organizer, the reservation will be refunded*, only a system fee of € 12 per order as well as the insurance, if taken out by the customer, will not be refunded. In this case, the refund will be made by the means of payment used at the time of booking (Credit Card, Paypal, Gift Voucher) and only the person who made the purchase on the website will be refunded. The refund will be made automatically upon receipt of the refund from the organizer. For Club members, system fees will also be reimbursed. *Some processing fees charged by the organizer may not be refunded. - In case of refund by the organizer in the form of a credit note, the refund to the customers will also be made in the form of a credit note valid for 18 months. Cancellation insurance, if taken out, will not be included in the voucher. In some cases, booking fees charged by the venue/producer may not be refunded. Tickets already confirmed shall not be exchanged nor refunded. If you have taken Booking Protect insurance, please check its own conditions.

III - Terms of use for Travels
The General Conditions of Sale are set by articles R.211-3 to R.211-13 of the French Tourism Code, section 2 "Contract for the sale of trips and stays". Registration for one of our trips implies the acknowledgment and acceptance of the General and Special Conditions of Sale.
Specific terms of sale These specific terms of sale have been drawn up in compliance with the provisions of the Toursim Code, which sets the regulations for carrying out activities relating to the organisation and sale of travel and holidays, international conventions, the Civil and Commercial Codes.
Prior information including price, cancellation, transportation terms and the course of the stay and accommodation may be subject to change after it has been issued and communicated to the Customer; the Client will be informed of the new terms before signing the contract.
1 - Registration 2 -Prices Prices included in the travel contracts were calculated on the basis of the parameters during the development. Price Changes Music & Opera reserves the right to modify the prices of the commercial offer such as those of the travel contract within the legal limits provided for in Article L.211-13 and Article R.211-8 of the Toursim Code according to the following modalities.
3. Insurance Please indicate on the travel contract that you are insured individually. We decline any responsibility in case of difficulty with your insurer if its services do not cover the conditions or the activities of the stay. We reserve the right to charge you if additional costs are incurred for your repatriation. In case of cancellation, insurance premiums and visa fees will not be refunded. The insurance "Booking Protect" does not apply to travel.
4. Cancellation 4.1 Cancellation by Music & Opera Music & Opera may exceptionally be forced to cancel a trip or a stay if: 4.2 Cancellation by the customer Cancellation fees are as follows: • More than 60 days prior to departure: 100% of the prices of the performance tickets and the prices of the flights will be charged. • 60 days prior to departure: 20% of the total amount of the trip will be charged. To these expenses, the prices of the performance tickets as well as the flights are added. • 59 days to 30 days prior to departure: 35% of the total amount of the trip will be charged. To these expenses, the prices of the performance tickets as well as the flights are added. • 29 days to 15 days prior to departure: 50 % of the total amount of the trip will be charged. To these expenses, the prices of the performance tickets as well as the flights are added. • 14 days to 8 days prior to departure: 75% of the total amount of the trip will be charged. To these expenses, the prices of the performance tickets as well as the flights are added. • Less than 7 days prior to departure : 100% of the total amount of the trip will be charged. Those cancellation fees are valid for all Music & Opera trips although mentionned in the cancellation conditions detailled in the travel contract. During high season, some hotel rooms may be charged as well and cannot be canceled or refunded. 5- Modified or shorthened stay The client must inform Music & Opera for any modification of travel or stay and transmitted by any means to acknowledge receipt thereof (registered letter). |
If any of these conditions are not met, a cancellation fee will be charged to the customer under the cancellation schedule (Article 4 above) and a new contract will be established. Contract transfer As per the Tourism code article L211-11, if you cannot leave, you can be replaced by a person of your choice, provided that they fulfill the same conditions to make the trip. You must notify Music & Opera no later than 7 days before departure and confirm this change by any means to acknowledge receipt (registered letter). You must indicate the participant’s last name, first name and address. This transfer is subject to a fee of € 50 per person cancellation fees (up to 100% of the ticket price) and visa fees. In case of flight, if tickets are alreday booked, they cannot be changed nor refunded or transfered. The transfer of the contract is also subject to airline availability in order for the new participant to go on the trip and if necessary the deadline for obtaining a visa.You and the person to whom you have transfered the trip are responsible of the full payment of the trip as well as all fees.
Music & Opera will inform participants of these changes, and may offer a replacement of equivalent interest. If the customer does not accept the proposed replacements, he may request the cancellation of his contract and the reimbursement of sums already paid. After departure
6- Responsability • Loss or theft of airline tickets when in the possession of the customer (airlines do not issue duplicates). Any problem or failure in the trip program must be reported in writing and sent by registered mail to Music & Opera within 5 days, after the return of the trip.
7- Documents : 7.1 Administrative procedures Some countries and/or airlines have implemented new formalities, so for any request for quote or registration, you must now give us:
Music & Opera will provide information about current mandatory administrative and health formalities and their times of completion for crossing borders but will not be responsible for obtaining them nor their cost, unless otherwise specified by contract. Music & Opera does not provide any other information relating to documents establishing the identity of customers or the conditions necessary to obtain them. Participants must make sure that they are in compliance with the entry formalities specific to the country(s) of destination. If formalities were not filled at the time of departure because of the customer, preventing the completion of the trip, the customer would be considered as a no-show and cannot be refunded the amount of the trip. Foreign customers will have to inquire with the consular authorities themselves, and must complete the necessary procedures to obtain their visas. It is not up to Music & Opera to provide this information or to question customers about their nationality. Changes may occur between the publication of the programs by Music & Opera and the date of departure and Music & Opera will do its utmost to transmit to its customers any accessible information.
7.2 Security and risk information Health risks: We invite you to regularly consult the information published by the competent authorities on the health risks of the country/countries of your trip and to follow the recommendations and sanitary measures to fight against these risks. It is up to the customer to report to Music & Opera any health problem requiring special attention or assistance during the trip. 8 .
