Which concerts are being performed at the Musikverein In Vienna this season?

The big golden Musikverein hall is permanently occupied by the Weiner Philarmoniker that reciprocates by keeping its best performances for this impressive venue.

This season the Philarmoniker will be directed by different maestros:  Ingo Metzmacher, Daniel Barenboim, Herbert Blomstedt and Semyon Bychkov. Michael Tilson Thomas .... 

Weiner Symphoniker will play concerts, mostly directed by Philippe Jordan. The others will be directed by the many guests, such as Herbert Blomstedt, Bertrand de Billy or Jonathan Nott. Among the guests orchestras: The Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, the Chicago Symphony, the Staatkapelle Dresden, the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Czech Philharmonic..
