Berlin is one of the greatest capitals in the world for all lovers of classical music and opera. Throughout the year, there are many opportunities to travel to Germany to enjoy the city's relaxed lifestyle with an incredible wealth of cultural life.
Incredible stay placed under the auspices of Barocktage. The great festival of the Staatsoper, the historic Berlin Opera, is a series of events. Three operas, three highlights of the season, first of all Mozart's Mitridate conducted with ardor by Marc Minkowski. The early work already contains the genius of its composer with beautiful tunes, sung by Ana Maria Labin and Elsa Dreisig among others. The second extraordinary meeting is given by the great conductor Simon Rattle and the legendary director Peter Sellars who come together for Charpentier's Medea played by Magdalena Kožená. Same character and completely different music, Cherubini's Medea in another staging allows the incomparable Marina Rebeka to confront Stanislas de Barbeyrac (magnificent tenor) in the role of Jason and to revive the memory of Maria Callas who unearthed the score.
To enhance your stay in the most beautiful way, a guided tour of Berlin of your choice on the themes, Berlin historic center, Berlin Wall, Architecture, Unusual Berlin and Berlin Street Art is included.
