The Valletta Baroque Festival is going into its 10th edition for 2022 after a difficult time for culture and civilization.

A fantastic programme will take place at TEATRU Manoel; a delightful 1731 “theatre a l’italienne” commissioned by the Portuguese Grandmaster Fra Anton Manoel de Vilhena. Despite several 19th century interpolations the theatre has retained its intrinsic baroque character making it an ideal venue to host a baroque festival in a baroque city and also in various places, churchs and palace in Malta.
