The beautiful days in Paris continue to attract numerous art, culture, and music enthusiasts. In many ways, the City of Light stands as a reference for the richness of its heritage and an increasingly exceptional musical offering.
A perfect alignment of events brings the season’s highlights to Paris’s three major venues. Ballet reigns supreme at the Palais Garnier with the classical masterpiece Sylvia, set to the music of Léo Delibes. The world-renowned Paris Opera Ballet revisits the first ballet ever created within the gilded and velvet-lined walls of Garnier. After a visit to the much-acclaimed Artemisia exhibition at the Jacquemart-André Museum, the evening is dedicated to the sublime Rosenkavalier (Der Rosenkavalier) by Richard Strauss. The Théâtre des Champs-Élysées welcomes the exceptional voices of Marlis Petersen, Niamh O'Sullivan (much applauded in Semele at the TCE), Regula Mühlemann, and Peter Rose—an ideal cast for this masterpiece. More superb music and another star-studded production await at Bastille, where Massenet’s Manon will be brought to life by soprano superstar Nadine Sierra alongside the equally brilliant Des Grieux of Benjamin Bernheim.
An extraordinary stay with dream artists, offering truly unforgettable emotions!
