Diverse, tolerant, powerful, frenetic, electric, magical, dizzying, inventive... adjectives abound to describe New York. It is the city of extremes and superlatives, the most populous megalopolis in the United States and also the most attractive. New York boasts major assets in terms of culture and classical music. Every season, it welcomes the most prestigious orchestras, the most brilliant conductors, soloists, opera singers and choreographers.
This grandiose New Year's Eve experience will leave you with unforgettable emotions. With the famous countdown in Time Square, the two legendary halls of the Big Apple await you with a first event at Carnegie Hall. In the perfect acoustics of the hall, Jaime Laredo conducts a Barber/Brahms concert with the great American violinist Jennifer Koh. On 31 December, a fabulous Aida at the Metropolitan Opera brings together an exceptional cast with the superb Angel Blue, Piotr Beczala, Judit Kutasi and the electrifying direction of the charismatic Yannick Nézet-Séguin.
To enhance your stay, there is a choice of five tours to discover extravagant New York and its different districts.
