  • Dinner at Le Maschere restaurant
  • A private visit on the theme of your choice

A city of music par excellence, its inhabitants have always had a passion for it. Great composers have lived here (Monteverdi, Vivaldi...) and its splendours have inspired many others (Haendel, Gluck, Puccini).

The sumptuous Teatro La Fenice alone is well worth the trip. This venue, adored by Venetians, is the birthplace of some of the finest operas by Rossini and Verdi, but it is Mozart who takes pride of place on this trip with Don Giovanni, an exceptional masterpiece. But this exclusive immersion in classical music doesn't stop there. Two other evenings are on offer, with a performance of The Barber of Seville at the Palazzo Barbarigo Minotto in the various rooms of the palace, lit by candlelight in a spirit worthy of Caravaggio, while the Chiesa di San Vidal on the lively Campo di San Stefano hosts a concert of Vivaldi and Venetian music of the highest quality.

The final highlight of your stay is a traditional Venetian dinner, during which a private guide will take you on a tour of the lakeside city on a theme of your choice: "Unusual Venice", "Music in 17th- and 18th-century Venice", "Art in Venice" or "Daily life of the aristocracy in the 18th century".

Venice, the city of music

In seventeenth-century Venice, music was everywhere: in theaters, in palaces, even in its four hospitals, charitable institutions where young orphan girls were trained in singing or instruments. True Venetian originality, these ospedali produced famous concerts throughout Europe.
