BOOKING
CONDITIONS
Booking:
Each request is processed as a firm booking subject to reconfirmation
of availability.
A credit card number is required to guaranty the booking.
No charge if ticket is unavailable.
Music & Opera cannot guaranty any specific seat (row or seat number)
but we will do our best to satisfy your wishes
Confirmation:
Your booking is confirmed by phone or by email. You will always receive
a written confirmation with all the details of your reservation. Processing
time varies, depending on the venue organisation and the date requested.
Tickets delivery / collections:
- Sent directly to your home address,
- To be collected at the venue’s Box Office on day of performance,
at least 1/2 h before the performance.
- Delivered to your hotel, in the city where the venue is located
(in some cases)
PLEASE NOTE: Performances could be modified, it is advised to check
programmes, schedule and cast when booking and with the venue.
Payment :
- Credit Card (Amex, Mastercard, Visa) (Fees of 1,5 % are charged
for all payment by credit card)
- Bank Transfer
Price:
Prices include in some cases, the fees charged by the venue or by
a local suppliers (ticket agency), there may be an extra charge to
cover bank costs and ticket mailing.
The Music & Opera booking fees and VAT are added
Booking
charges:
- See booking formula chosen 20% or 30%
- Minimum charge per booking file handled: Euro 18.00 (VAT included)

Cancellation
– Refund – Use:
No right of withdrawal
In accordance with the article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, tickets
are not subjet to the right of withdrawal.
Tickets already confirmed shall not be exchanged nor refunded.
Music & Opera shall accept a cancellation only when the booking
has not been confirmed yet by the venue.
In exceptional case, when tickets can be successfully resold or returned
to the venue, the amount of the ticket resale will be refunded less
eventual banking fees. (Ticket resale value could be lower than the
initial price)
Personal Information:
In addition to using your name and contact information to fulfill
your requests and process your transactions, your name and contact
information will be added to our database for reasons of security,
in order to respect the guidelines and practices of the privacy policy.
We may use this information to improve and personalize our offers.
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, the right of access
and amendment to this information is guaranteed.
You can change them and oppose to their communication by writing.
Validation:
By using our services, and purchasing by us, you are deemed to have
assented and agreed to this policy and these booking conditions. As
a matter of fact, the confirmation of your order applies as agreement
to these booking conditions.
Liability:
Music & Opera declines any responsibility in case of cancellation
or changes of performances beyond its control under unforeseen circumstances.
In case of cancellation decided by the venue, the ticket price will
only be refunded.
Music & Opera acts on your behalf with different suppliers of
services. Our responsibility to you depends on each supplier’s
policy and is limited to the service provided and amount we invoiced.
The ticket sale here mentionned is submitted to the french law.
You agree by virtue of your use of our services that the french laws
shall govern any disputes
